If you are in the market to purchase a new Gi and have been combing the web to find the best BJJ Gi this post is for you. We bought and tested out Hayabusa Ultra-Lightweight Jiu-Jitsu Gi for the past couple of months and wanted to share what we have experienced. Overall, it was not the best purchase we made and unfortunately makes it to the bottom of our top 5.

We recently purchased and tested out the BJJ Gi from Sanabul and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. Out of all the Gi’s I own at this point (five) I would rank this at the number 2 spot of the Best BJJ Gi I currently own.
Forearm and elbow pain is common among people who participate in repetitive activities that primarily use the FLEXOR muscles of the forearm. Weightlifters, rock climbers, bowlers, and tennis players (just to name a few) are far more likely to develop Repetitive Strain Injury than most people. Tendonitis and carpal tunnel are some of the most common injuries among these activities due to the strain caused by repetitive movements under strenuous force!
These past couple of weeks I have been obsessing over grip strength. I have now bought a handful of products at this point and am always on the hunt to find products that work and make me a better athlete. This time around we wrote a review on the Great Ape Grips Rice Bag training tool which allows us to have a way to do the traditional rice bucket training on the go.
