UFC Vancouver 2025 Results: All You Need To Know

UFC Vancouver

On October 18, UFC Vancouver 2025 lived up to the hype with a night full of shocks, big wins, and career-defining moments. The event took place at Rogers Arena in front of a very excited Canadian crowd. It was headlined by Brendan Allen vs. Reinier de Ridder. What started off as a normal UFC Fight Night rapidly turned into one of the most talked-about nights of the year, with many fighters making big changes to their careers.

Brendan Allen Stops Reinier de Ridder in Main Event Upset

Brendan Allen beat Reinier de Ridder by TKO at the end of the fourth round in the main event. De Ridder had been on a winning streak before that. De Ridder, who came to the UFC following a strong run in ONE Championship, looked smooth at first with grappling control and body kicks. Allen, on the other hand, endured the storm and turned the tide with nonstop ground-and-pound in Round 4. De Ridder’s corner called an end to the fight between rounds, which led to a corner stoppage and a huge win for Allen.

This win puts Allen right in the middleweight title picture. He might be in line for a top-five fight or potentially a title eliminator after stepping in on short notice and beating a well-known opponent. For de Ridder, this is a setback that makes people wonder if he can handle top-level UFC opponents, especially in lengthier, more difficult fights.

Canadian Fighters Shine in Front of Home Crowd

Canadian MMA had a terrific night, with a number of local competitors putting on great shows. Mike Malott won his biggest UFC fight ever when he beat Kevin Holland by unanimous decision. Holland complained about numerous early misconducts, but Malott’s calmness and top control won the fight in a close match the fans loved.

Aiemann Zahabi won a tough fight against Marlon Vera by split decision. Two of the three judges gave Zahabi the win because he threw more strikes and knew how to control distance. Zahabi’s win is a big step forward for him as he moves up the bantamweight rankings.

Standout Finishes Highlight the Card

The event also featured two fast and flashy finishes. Manon Fiorot wasted no time against Jasmine Jasudavicius, scoring a TKO just 1:14 into the first round. The French flyweight showed why she’s considered a future title contender with her speed and precision.

Meanwhile, Charles Jourdain thrilled the Canadian crowd with a first-round submission win over Davey Grant, locking in a tight guillotine choke at the three-minute mark. The win earned him a performance bonus and further solidified his status as one of Canada’s most exciting UFC athletes.
