MK1 Lace Up Boxing Gloves

Original price was: $220.00.Current price is: $190.00.

Graveyard Score: 9.7 / 10 – Best Under at $200

The MK1 Hook & Loop and Lace Up gloves are one of the most well-balanced boxing gloves we’ve tested comfortable straight out of the box, highly protective, and built to last.

These gloves require no break-in period, which is rare at this level. The premium inner liner feels broken-in from day one, with a snug fit that still leaves enough room through the fingers for a natural fist position. Punch feedback is excellent thanks to the protective yet responsive foam, making them equally solid for bag work, pad work, and controlled sparring.

They really shine in balance. Weight distribution feels dialed in, helping reduce fatigue while keeping your hands protected through longer rounds. The leather quality is noticeably high-end and holds up well past the early training months where cheaper gloves tend to fall apart.

Why they rank high:

  • No break-in required (ready out of the box)
  • Excellent hand protection with clean punch feedback
  • Snug, natural fit with luxury-soft inner liner
  • Well-balanced for precision and injury reduction
  • High-quality leather with strong durability
  • Clean, modern design (no gimmicks)

Sizing notes:
Best suited for small to medium hands. Grapplers or boxers with larger hands should lean toward the 16oz. As always, 16oz is the safer choice for sparring, while 12oz favors speed and pad work.

Who they’re best for:
Boxers and strikers who want a premium, all-around glove that feels broken in, protects well, and looks clean in the gym.
