Which Great Ape Grips Is Right For You?
I’ve been using Great Ape Grips for a while now and it’s legitimately one of the best things I’ve added to my training. The concept is simple, its just a portable rice bag, glove built in, you stick your hand in and work it. The results in my grip strength have been real. The only question is which version makes sense for you.
ORIGINAL: WHO IT’S FOR
If you’re new to grip training or just want to try the method before going all in, the Original is the move. Same concept, same glove, same exercises, just with natural rice resistance. It’s the one I started with and it works.
